FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Pharaoh MC Unveils Long-Lost 1996 Demo Tape — Fully Remastered & Produced by SOULBROTHERVLUV
Los Angeles, CA — The vault has officially been opened.
Hip-hop artist and cinematic storyteller Pharaoh MC has released his original 1996 demo tape, a raw and rare snapshot of his early artistry — produced entirely by legendary LA beatsmith SOULBROTHERVLUV of the Soul Brothers.
Recorded when Pharaoh MC was a hungry teenage emcee navigating Los Angeles with a notebook full of bars and a dream, this demo captures the essence of 90’s underground hip-hop: gritty cassette warmth, MPC-driven beats, and unfiltered lyrical ambition.
Recently rediscovered, restored, and professionally remastered, the tape now makes its first-ever public appearance in digital form — preserving its authenticity while elevating the sound for today’s listeners.
This historic project marks the earliest chapter of Pharaoh MC’s artistic journey, predating his visual albums, cinematic releases, and his resurgence into the modern hip-hop landscape.
The full remastered demo is available now exclusively at
